Sumit Kaushik is a dynamic operations leader with a proven track record in building and scaling gig workforce programs across India. At Locaa, he leads the Gig Partner Ecosystem, where he has been instrumental in designing and launching high-impact gig models that power last-mile execution with unmatched speed and precision. His ability to build agile, tech-driven operational frameworks has enabled the onboarding and retention of over 2,000+ partners, directly contributing to Locaa’s mission of delivering intelligence at the last mile.

With a strong background in vehicle logistics, vendor management, and field operations, Sumit brings deep executional expertise to complex ground-level challenges.
