With over 25 years of proven leadership across logistics, retail-tech, and e-commerce operations, Mr. Hemant Bishnoi brings a business-first, tech-driven mindset to Locaa’s mission of delivering actionable intelligence at the last mile.
From his early leadership at ELBEE UPS, managing P&L and regional operations, to transforming digital commerce logistics at Times Internet, CNBC, and Naaptol, he has consistently delivered high-impact, tech-first innovations.
As COO of Naaptol, he drove customer experience transformation through advanced contact center systems and operational excellence. His leadership at Ecom Express was game-changing — spearheading the Alternate Delivery Model, which contributed 70% of last-mile volume, saving over ₹70 Cr annually and leading key Automation projects to increase shipment throughput from 3.5 lacs per day to 35 lacs per day
